Exploring Berlin is truly an experience. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s worth it for a one-time trip. We went up just before sunset and got to see Berlin both in daylight and after dark. The next morning, we took a closer look at what we’d seen on a hop-on, hop-off bus.

Beautiful view of Berlin, but the price is too high. Unfortunately, Tim Raue's restaurant isn't an option either, since even the simplest dishes (currywurst, schnitzel) are way too expensive for us.

Rising above Alexanderplatz since 1969, the Berlin TV Tower is the tallest structure in Germany and a symbol of the city’s post-war transformation. This architectural landmark offers a unique vantage point to take in Berlin’s diverse skyline.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the TV Tower for security reasons.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Flash photography, tripods, and filming equipment are not allowed inside the observation areas.

Accessibility

The Berlin TV Tower is not wheelchair accessible.

Additional information

Make your way to the security control point on the first floor of the TV Tower. The entrance steps are located on the tower's northern side, directly opposite the Alexanderplatz S-Bahn (rail) station.

For safety reasons, all guests must pass through a security check before entering the tower.
