Everything was great. On the whole, everything went smoothly. It was nice and sunny; we stopped at Eismeer on the way up. The only thing that wasn't clear was that we were supposed to be at the station for the cogwheel railway to the Jungfrau by 10:15, and not just at the Eiger Express. The staff were very relaxed about it. Thank you.

An easy, fast, and comfortable climb up to the White Paradise A fun and educational 1.5-hour stay at the summit before the descent, which we finally decided to do on foot from the top of the cable car to savor the wonderful landscapes of the Jungfrau region even longer. A wonderful memory that will stay with us for many years

Thus far the pass has been very useful not only for discounts on trains but also for Trams. I am in Switzerland for 10 days and hope to recover the cost and more during that time. The photo below is of the Lauterbrunnen valley taken from the tram going up to Murren, which was half off.

An explanation of the type of ticket I would be purchasing. Although more details would have been helpful, I took the train on the way up when I could have used the gondola from the start; using both made the experience more enjoyable.

Tickets were good, but Headout app is not helpful at all and getting the Barcode tickets was challenging, everytime I opened the link it redirected me to open app and once I open the app it redirected me to login via mail, after login it would redirect me to email app. This happened 3 times and at the end I had to call centre and wait for 25 minutes to get the tickets

The system is a bit cumbersome. For each leg of the trip, you have to scan the QR code (meaning 4 times per person) for 4 people: 4 QR codes on the same phone. !!!
