The show was funny, and well performed. The atmosphere was great, and the seating arrangements lovely. Refreshments, equally lovely. I was wildly disappointed though, that the massive billboard out front of the theatre advertised the original crew from The Goes Wrong Show, and the expensive show we paid for was not them. I had never heard of the crew we saw. They were still good, but not nearly as star of a cast as the original crew. So, there was some false advertisement, I think. Beyond that, I don't regret going. My partner and I were just SOO looking forward to seeing the original cast and left feeling a little scammed.

The uncertainty and unexpected drama of what stage prop was going to fail. Very entertaining. Great audience interaction. However there was an American family behind us who left at intermission because the husband didn't get the slap stick comedy of the play. Typical American

My husband and I both come from the world of theater — we’re comedians ourselves — and we just spent two hours laughing non-stop! The cast was absolutely brilliant: professional, sharp, and full of energy. The effects were out of this world — creative, surprising, and added so much to the overall experience. It’s rare to find a show that is so tightly executed yet feels so alive and spontaneous. A true theatrical gem. Bravo to everyone involved!

    The story

There’s been a murder at a country estate, and Inspector Carter is on the case. But with the Cornley Drama Society in charge, solving the crime is the least of their worries. Props malfunction, doors won’t open, actors miss cues, and one even gets stuck in a grandfather clock. The cast desperately tries to hold the show together through all the chaos, resulting in relentless, side-splitting comedy. Will they make it to the curtain call? Probably. Will anything else survive?

The show was absolutely hilarious. I went in uncertain about the level of funny but by the time we finished I was breathless and had tears in my eyes. All the actors were amazing. Loved the crowd interaction too!

The play is a great script, the acting was of a good standing. I have seen the play in other countries, and there were some better moments elsewhere, but nevertheless, there were some fine acts here as well.
