I've been a Roald Dahl fan since childhood. Seeing one of my favorite books come to life in song and on stage was magical. If you are looking for a colorful, boisterous, immersed inner child inspiring story about good vs. bad, try Mathilda. Photos are not allowed in the theater, but the performance and stage set are really creative. Do be prepared for the show audience to be over 50% school aged children.

Very enjoyable - kids were all total pros and Miss Trunchbull was hilarious. Inventive staging and storytelling of the highest caliber as you would expect on the West End.

Fifteen years later… and the magic is still intact—if anything, even more dazzling. Matilda The Musical is, without a shadow of a doubt, the most beautiful show I have ever seen. Everything is executed with absolute precision and mastery: the actors, with rare precision and intensity, the sets, ingenious and vibrant, the music, vibrant and spellbinding, the technical aspects, breathtakingly creative… But beyond the excellence, there is this soul. This poetry. This intelligence. That emotion that runs through every scene and grabs you without warning. Here, the theater becomes a truly magical playground, where childhood, the power of the imagination, and the strength of the spirit come to life with stunning beauty. A moment suspended in time, deeply inspiring, almost unreal. A thousand thanks for this M A G I C and unforgettable journey. ✨
