All I'm saying is that it was very difficult to choose which musical my mom and I would attend while in London and I'm so glad I chose Matilda. Try to get center seats (up high) so you can see the different layers of the set and you will not be disappointed. From beginning to end it was nonstop fun, laughs, great music, and maybe even a little lump in my throat at times. I would return to London just to see this again. And there's some thing about English children because the audience, which was 40 % kids were all so well-behaved!

I loved that the Musical was very funny and had a lot of humor. I was able to see a lot from my seat C4 in the Upper Circle. And the staff was very friendly. And I was amazed at just how good the children were singing and dancing. But sometimes the sounds were a little too loud and little bit to much light show for me. But overall it was an amazing evening.

The booking was fast and easy. The only intimidating part was the mistake of the places we have booked. The officers at the theatre changed our seats , they have been doubled and it was explained to us the seats which we showed them on our ticket were wrong. So we missed 10 minutes of the beginning of the show. Please try to improve this.

The musical was amazing, I have only seen the movie and although they are a little different, it is extremely entertaining. I laughed so much! As I bought the ticket all the way to the end, I was up to the top, one row before the last - seats L1 and L2. They cost me £25 each. The view from the top is very good, only one corner of the stage can't be seen because of the railings but no one in the musical stands there, so I didn't miss anything. We arrived an hour before the show started and I got in line. I went to exchange my code for the physical tickets at the box office, the security guards showed me where to go. About 45 minutes before the start, they let us through. We walked upstairs quietly, the stairs and decor being part of the experience, we got to see the official merchandise for the musical, I ordered a coke and some popcorn (£10 total) and we went to the bathroom. About half an hour before it was due to start, we were allowed to sit down. The play is hilarious, it is important that if you bring small children bring earplugs as there are sudden loud noises. Cell phones cannot be taken out during the show. At the end of the show, you have a little time to take pictures before leaving the theater. The photo is not from my place, but from the beginning of the second floor.

I took my daughter and 6 year old granddaughter who loved the whole experience. The singing and dancing of all the children and she said her best moment was the lazor lights which was very dramatic. She loved all the lights.

Lovely show, it was the first time for me and despite sitting at the very last row of Upper Circle I could see everything - some scenes had really impressive effects and in general was both fun and emotional. Highly recommended!
