Everything went great this time! I received my refund in credits and bought tickets for the Genoa Aquarium. The booking process was quick and easy; once I received the ticket barcodes, I went straight to the entrance with them. Everything went great.

Booking tickets online for my family was quick and easy, and when we arrived at the gates—even though it was the May Day long weekend and the place was packed—we got in right away, with no lines or waiting.

Perfect way to see a city for the first time. The audio was good, interesting details about the various points. The routes were interesting and we got to spend enough time at each stop

The experience lived up to the description: a fun tour of the Genoa Aquarium, which is home to a wide variety of marine life, and a convenient lunch on-site (complete with a little gift for the kids’ menu). The dining room was small, but we were lucky enough to find an open table. Good value for money when booked through Headout.

The whole process went very smoothly. They presented the three ticket options, and once I purchased the one I wanted, they kept the ticket details separate from the actual QR codes needed for entry. I downloaded the app specifically to have them on hand, and it synced my login credentials from the website to the app. It was a quick, clear, and seamless process; I’ll gladly use the app again for future events where it’s relevant.
