Even though we were running late for our entry time due to protests that turned the city upside down that day—with the predictable traffic gridlock and parking headaches—the staff member on duty (Nevio), showing a courtesy and good sense worthy of someone far older, smoothly let us in. That saved us from losing three tickets and having to postpone our visit to who knows when.VVanessa T

Agent on bus couldn't help us perhaps not a strong connection but tried multiple times and multiple locations. As a result, we could not use the interactive map. It was disappointing to have recorded audio. Often it didn't seem like the audio synced up with the location on the tour. It would've been helpful if the agent or the driver made an announcement of upcoming stops and clarified if you were getting on a red or blue bus. I discovered where it was labeled blue but only after getting on and off the bus a few times. It would also be nice if the on board tour guide added in a few comments to make it more personable. I believe there were fewer buses running because it was a slower season. It was nice seeing the city and getting around quickly my comments above make it a three star versus more stars.JJoanna S
