Dublin for foodies

Our host was excellent. Very informative and a very lively you could tell he loves his job! The distillery is also beautiful and the cheese platter and Jameson cocktail were lovely.

I was never exactly destined for greatness in physics or chemistry, but thanks to the instructor’s enthusiasm, clear explanations, and generous supply of whiskey, I suddenly found myself fully committed to science! Learning how the different aromas, flavours, and components come together was genuinely fascinating, and creating my own blend was far more enjoyable than any experiment I attempted at school. The whole experience was fun, relaxed, and memorable & leaving with my own bottle was definitely the best result I’ve ever had from a practical class.

Loved trying different Jamesons you can't get in the states! Got to do the secret tasting! Got a great education and lots of laughs with my fellow patrons!

People told us that it was a waste of our time but we thoroughtly enjoyed it. We learned a lot. We were celebrating Mothers Day(Canada). Pictures on the Guinness was the icing on the cake!
