Did you know?

The Guinness Storehouse building is ingeniously designed in the shape of a giant pint glass, and if filled, it would hold 14.3 million pints of Guinness.

Arthur Guinness famously signed a 9,000-year lease for the St. James’s Gate Brewery in 1759 and that document is still on display at the Storehouse.

A speakeasy-style secret entrance leads to the Connoisseur Experience bar, offering experimental brews unavailable elsewhere, with videos prohibited to maintain an intimate atmosphere.

An underground tunnel network with spiral train tracks transports ingredients beneath the brewery, accessible only on exclusive tours that trace the original routes used by Arthur Guinness.

The Velvet Chamber tasting room recreates Arthur Guinness’s Victorian gentleman’s lounge, letting guests swirl and savor aromas beneath glowing neon sci-fi-inspired portals.

With headout i got a discount ticket from the main website. The Guinness Storehouse is really good, interactive and structured. Spent 2h and learnt a lot from the Harp beer... The Gravity bar was packed but the view is simply amazing and you can drink one free Guinness, Guinness 0% or Hop 13 lager. All the staff were friendly and helpful. And for once, the facility is 100% accessible to wheelchair. The mapping videos and the set up for each part of the visit are beautifully done.

When entering we were perfectly greeted by the staff who was not only nice but tried to keep things flowing as best as possible. After they send us on our way in which they delivered the perfect explanation on what separates them from the other brands that make stout Guinness. On the third level they surprised us with a tasting of the brand which was nice and good to see, and in the same level they had a bar with music and live performances which were great to see. After doing all that you would say the expierence would already be complete but they completely surprised us with the amazing view on top of the bar and the stout or was also wonderful to do and have a great memory on the experience. To round it off I would say as I great Guinness fan myself they have they have the perfect items in the gift shop to suprise you and make you want to buy it all. Overall 10/10 experience!

And while we were sitting at the table to the left of the entrance, we asked a young lady , Rosie,a manager, to take our picture.. She Graciously said yes , She asked us if we would like to try a Non- Alcoholic Guinness, so we did..another Manager , Adam , asked us, my Wife and I, on our Honeymoon, if we would like to learn how to correctly pour a Guinness? So we said Yes, and he did..it was a lot of Fun !! We are Planning to go back to Ireland next Year..and the Guinness Storehouse will be on our Priority list of things to do !! Great, friendly welcome in beautiful premises. The bars were stylish and the drink we got to start with was a good way to begin our tour. Our guide was infectiously happy, competent and made the experience flow from start to finish. The taste and smell experiences were "a good spice" to the story telling and the experience. We were thrilled, to say it the least, and would definitely recommend this experience to friends and acquaintances who are going to Dublin!
