We learned a lot from our guide and loved the cocktail at the end. The space was really cool for the secret whiskey tour, just wish we had more time to be able to sip our tastings and cocktails but they kick you out of the room really quick. We ended up having to essentially chug our whiskey tastings quick which is a bummer.

We'd booked the Secret Tasting, not realising it was the distillery tour we really meant to book; making the change was effortless and a refund was in my account by the end of the day. That was Good Thing #1. My mobility is limited, and the tour guide was most courteous and accommodating of that, she gave priority to me and two others on the tour, in terms of seating, using the lifts. Good Thing #2. Good Thing #3 was the tour guide; I wish like anything I could remember her name. She was an energetic and very amusing Irish girl, her knowledge of the distillery and the making of whisky was shared with a wicked sense of humour, it made the experience so much more fun. We all came away with a real appreciation of Jameson's processes and techniques; it was an enjoyable education, well worth it. At Jameson's, good things definitely come in three's :)

What I liked the most, obviously without taking into account the magnificent whiskies, was the place where we did the tasting, the office was very well adapted for the activity, very well soundproofed and phenomenally guided.
