Budapest Danube River Dinner Cruise

Everything was very enjoyable. The warm welcome, great table on the top deck, lovely hostess staff, every dish was delicious and the wine was a reasonable price. The views of the early evening Buda and Pest with iconic landmarks moved into a fairyland - like bonanza of the lit up riverside and city buildings. Would definitely recommend the Premium dinner choice.

A highly recommended experience for enjoying Budapest from a different perspective. The sunset cruise on the Danube offers spectacular views of the city all lit up, creating a truly special and romantic atmosphere. The candlelit dinner was very well organized, and the live music added an elegant and pleasant touch throughout the cruise. Although the price is a bit high, the quality of the experience, the setting, and the entertainment make it well worth it. The meal consisted of four delicious courses that made the evening a memorable dining experience. The main course was generous and exquisite. To top it off, the dessert provided the perfect finishing touch with a sweet and elegant note. They also had the thoughtful gesture of placing a candle on my partner’s plate since it was their birthday. The service was exceptionally attentive, allowing us to enjoy dinner in a relaxed and satisfying atmosphere. Without a doubt, this is an ideal activity for a special occasion or to take home an unforgettable memory of Budapest.

We had the most amazing best time and would thoroughly absolutely recommend to anybody. It is worth every penny. Communication with Headout was prefect, the welcome onboard was welcoming and smooth, with a large glass of prosecco waiting for us. There is a choice of four courses, and given the tight squeeze for the kitchen, the food was great (probably prepared off-site, and finished onboard). The music was just right, two guys, a singer and keyboard player, they really helped to fill the atmosphere. The river at night is stunning, seeing everything lit up gave us another experience of Budapest. We would 100% recommend this trip, and also recommend it through Headout. Thank you.

It was a wonderful experience; we sat upstairs by the piano, the food was truly delicious and more than enough, the staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and polite, and they speak English well, there’s also a place where you can smoke a cigarette, and what was really considerate was that if you went out to smoke, they waited to serve your meal. Truly top-notch service. The boat tour started at 8:00 p.m., which was perfect timing—first the cruise and dinner, and then we got to see everything lit up. The Parliament building sparkled; we were able to take beautiful photos and videos. And once again, my compliments to the staff ❤️

The experience was overall great! The food was in parts a little disappointing but the service was impeccable. Renata, who was our server, deserves a special mention. She showed special care for my food intolerance and went out of the way to get me a dish I wanted. The entertainment was also amazing. The talent and the dedication of the performers amazed me. Seeing Budapest at night over the Danube was just a wonderful plus. Definitely would recommend.

The service was very attentive and friendly. The food—especially the lamb—was truly delicious, and the view of Budapest illuminated at night was absolutely stunning. However, the wine list could feature higher-quality wines; the two bottles we ordered were both subpar.
