It was my first time using the ferry service, even though i stay in the same locality but travelling around and seeing it from a different perspective was different. The service was good and it was an overall smooth ride. Enjoyed it and would recommend others to use it too.

It was great we had to change times but was contacted well beforehand given alternatives. Very informative and would recommend as for us it was at the opposite end of the east side gallery coming from Alexandersplatz so we walked that before the cruise 10/10

It was a really enjoyable boat tour. The crew members are super friendly. The boat glides along smoothly and quietly, yet you get to see so much of the city. There’s a wide selection of drinks and snacks on board. Highly recommended for all visitors to Berlin!

The tour was very enjoyable and exactly as promised: 2.5 hours sailing through the scenic landscapes into the sunset. The evening lighting was fantastic—we’ll definitely do this again in the fall or winter when it gets dark earlier ;) Everyone on the boat was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. There was also a delicious mocktail with cucumber and lime. Highly recommended all around!

A great tour on a fantastic electric-powered boat! Since the tour takes you almost all the way through the city, there’s plenty to see! You really get a different perspective when you view everything from the water! The beer was delicious, and we had a few snacks to go with it! The crew was very friendly and attentive! We had sunshine, but it was a bit chilly!

The location provided wasn't accurate, which caused us to miss the boat we had paid for. Luckily, thanks to the sailors' kindness, they let us board a boat that was leaving later, even though it was a shorter trip Staff 100% friendly 5* Cruise 5* Poor directions!

Unfortunately, there were too many people on board, so many of them had a limited view because of the canopy. As a result, the experience wasn't all that great. We would have seen more if we'd gone for a walk or taken the train.
