• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

• For complete enjoyment of the VR experience, guests under the age of 6 years are not recommended for this experience.

Accessibility

• This experience is not wheelchair and pram/strollers accessible.

• The cruise audioguide is delivered through headphones, which may not be compatible with some hearing aids. VR headsets use either built-in speakers or headphones, but speaker-equipped headsets cannot be guaranteed. Visitors using hearing aids are advised to contact the operator in advance at info@stromma.nl.

• This cruise may not be suitable for visitors who are sensitive to sensory stimulation. The combination of audio commentary, VR animations, visual effects, and boat movement can feel overwhelming for some guests.

Additional information

• During the cruise, you'll wear VR glasses for seven immersive animation sequences, each lasting around two minutes. Between these VR experiences, you can remove the headset and enjoy views of Amsterdam's real canal scenery while listening to an audio guide that shares stories about the city and its history.

• The VR glasses are designed to fit comfortably over most prescription glasses, so wearing corrective lenses is not a problem.
