You are not permitted to bring your own food or drinks into the venue. To maintain the integrity of the high-tech equipment and the immersive environment, consumption is strictly limited to the designated on-site café and terrace areas.

Pets

With the exception of officially certified assistance dogs, pets are not allowed inside the Remastered experience. The high-intensity light displays and loud audio environments are not considered suitable or safe for animals.

Umbrellas

For safety and to prevent damage to the sensitive LED screens and projection surfaces, umbrellas must be left in the cloakroom or lockers provided at the welcoming area.

Guests with epilepsy

The experience utilises intense flashing lights, high-contrast patterns, and rapid visual transitions throughout the 60-minute show. Because of these sensory effects, the venue is not recommended for guests with photosensitive epilepsy or other light-sensitive conditions.

Children under the age of 6

While Remastered is a family-friendly attraction, it is most suitable for children aged 6 and older. The combination of loud surround sound, dark transition areas like 'Blackout Alley', and large-scale immersive projections may be overwhelming or frightening for very young children.

Guests with mobility issues

While the venue is wheelchair accessible and includes a specialised elevator for moving between digital 'worlds', some areas feature uneven light patterns on the floor that can affect depth perception. Guests using mobility aids are welcome, but should navigate carefully through the darker transition zones.
