Great combo :) The canal cruise is truly a MUST for any trip to Amsterdam, and the wax museum is simply a cool, quick highlight. With this combo you get around a lot and see the city from every angle. Really a top combo, no matter your age.

The tickets were easy to purchase for the time slot we wanted and the day we wanted. The tickets were readily accessable on our phone and had no issues in presenting them at the entrance to both museums. The museums were very well laid out and we could have spent so much more time exploring especially in the Rijksmuseum. Alas there were not enough hours in the day to see it all. So there is more to explore the next time we are in Amsterdam.

The ever changing, always suberb Rijksmuseum never ceases to conjour up awe and wonder as the jewel in the crown of the world's very best museum quarter. Usually impossible to get into at short notice without needing a second mortgage, we booked 14hrs before our excellent crowd beating 9am entry slot via the always suberb Headout.com. All at ~70% of the usual fee. Would reuse in a New York heart beat, cannot recommend highly enough.
