It’s worth buying a ticket that includes multiple attractions, since it works out cheaper. The purchase process is easy and intuitive. During the week, we had no problem buying tickets the day before. We started with a boat at a specific time because they depart from Central Station, which is in a great part of Amsterdam. The restroom on the boat is free. It was a very pleasant cruise. You can sit inside or outside the boat. About two hours later, we had a reserved entry to Madame Tussauds. We really enjoyed it—the figures looked just like the real thing. At the entrance, we received a ticket with a barcode that, at the end of the tour, lets you view your photos on a screen and purchase them for an additional fee. It was a lot of fun. I recommend both attractions—it’s a shame we didn’t have time for others.

Fantastic! A warm welcome, a wonderful boat ride with a great, friendly captain, and a great audio tour available in many languages. What a fascinating history, and it was so nice to be out on the water. It’s also easy to find near Central Station. There’s a café where you can stop by before the tour. We enjoyed very much, it was easy to find the the staff were nice. We had only one problem the translation worked partly. The conscctiom was not stable, we were 3 person and finally of us it happened in the same time, so it wasn't the phone problem, every body had different smart phone
