During the week, we had no problem buying tickets the day before. We started with a boat at a specific time because they depart from Central Station, which is in a great part of Amsterdam. The restroom on the boat is free. It was a very pleasant cruise. You can sit inside or outside the boat. About two hours later, we had a reserved entry to Madame Tussauds. We really enjoyed it—the figures looked just like the real thing. At the entrance, we received a ticket with a barcode that, at the end of the tour, lets you view your photos on a screen and purchase them for an additional fee. It was a lot of fun. I recommend both attractions—it’s a shame we didn’t have time for others.GGabriele B
