Based on the book by Katori Hall, this musical celebrates the life of Tina Turner, both as a musician and as a human being with an indomitable will to succeed.
This project has a large amount of involvement from Tina Turner herself, who at a recent event said that the project brought her out of retirement. The musical was made with her blessing and features many of her best songs. The show is a must-watch for anyone familiar with the book written by Katori Hall and of course, Tina Tuner’s music because it highlights the often-overlooked personal struggles of the artist behind the music.
The Story
The story follows the life of Tina Turner, right from her beginnings in Nutbush, Tennessee, all the way to her relationship with Ike Turner and eventual comeback in her 40s. The musical shows us Tina's tryst with abuse and horror from her husband which finally ended in a divorce, after which she struggled to make it in the industry. The musical highlights her ability to overcome obstacles as she went on to become a solo rock 'n’ roll star.

Watching The Tina Turner Musical was simply wonderful! The cast's performance was impeccable, conveying all the energy and emotion of Tina Turner's career. The show as a whole was very well produced, with incredible sets, stunning costumes and, of course, an electrifying soundtrack. It was an unforgettable experience! What's more, buying the tickets was super easy and smooth. I recommend both the musical and the company's service! It was super quick and easy to buy the tickets. And receiving the QR codes at the theater went without a hitch.Sinikka

Very enjoyable and exciting musical.all the cast were a joy to listen to ,great voices that lift you up! Delightful inclusive end to the show.thoroughly enjoyed every minute though front or second row seats are not always the best seats as our necks suffered from constantly looking up.Neville

The housekeeping rules regarding g no singing etc on point. The historical rhetoric was very touching and relatable. The singers were excellent, from the youngest toung girl to the main character. I would happily watch the whole performance again. Brilliant.Clifford

Show was excellent and exceeded our expectations, but bar area is far too small for the volume of audience accessing it, and poses a serious safety risk. We were finally directed to stand outside which was far from ideal, but safer than standing on the stairs. I would suggest that you provide the option of having drinks delivered to our seats
