First class service experience in every way, from arrival to departure and everything in between. Nothing was too much trouble for the Reception team throughout our stay., always ready to go the extra mile. Good location, easy access to local underground stations, taxi travel at the ready. Excellent customer focus and comms pre, during and post stay. Definitely revisit.

Kinky Boots is an amazing experience as soon as you walk through the door and you see the giant boot. Not only that but Johannes and Matt are wonderful in the show. That's not to say the rest of the cast aren't amazing because they are. We went to celebrate a special birthday and everyone agrees we will never forget our night st Kinky Boots. X

For once I chose the right seats! Never been o the Coliseum so waited with baited breath about the show. I have seen the film twice so it did have a lot to live up to. Live up to the film it did! It is the best best best show. The dancing was amazing. Matt and Johan were superb.

This has always been a favorite musical and it confirmed this. Incredible show, definitely recommend. The front of house staff was also really nice and made the experience even more special. They were really kind and made sure the evening went as good as possible for me.

What an amazing feel good show. We really enjoyed it and the Coliseum theater is really beautiful too. Great performance by all the cast members especially Lola. We had a blast and recommend this show wholeheartedly.
