• The time slot you book will be your entrance time to the Icebar. The last admission will be 40 mins before closing time.

• Make sure to check in at the ice bar 20 mins before the reserved time.

1-Hour Canal Cruise

• You can go on the canal cruise at any time on the date of your booking. However, make sure to check in at the boarding point 30 mins before departure.

• To guarantee a specific time slot, we recommend reserving your cruise in advance. You can do this by visiting any Tours & Tickets shop to secure your spot, including the locations at Damrak 26 and Paulus Potterstraat 3B. The LOVERS departure points of the canal cruise are:

  • Prins Hendrikkade (opposite Amsterdam Central Station): Prins Hendrikkade 20B

  • Anne Frank House: Leliegracht 51

  • Leidseplein: Leidsekade 97

  • Europakade (at the Rijksmuseum): Stadhouderskade 511
