What to bring

• You must print and present your confirmation voucher to redeem your tickets, as barcodes may not scan from tablets.
• After booking, the local supplier will send you the ticket or voucher accepted at the museum; your Viator voucher alone is not sufficient.
• Wear suitable clothes that cover your shoulders and knees, as shorts, mini-skirts, and bare arms are not permitted inside the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella.

What's not allowed

• Entry with large suitcases is not permitted, and there is no wardrobe or cloakroom available for storage.
• Infants must not sit on laps, and infant seats are not available.
