The tour guide Fia from "The Tour Guy" was fabulous, well informed and entertaining and the Thames River cruise was a pleasant ride However the meet up information from HeasOut was inaccurate pointing us to the wrong side of a building without visual proximity of the actual meeting location - Fortunateky a security guard saw us waiting end suggested we walk around the building to the other side where he more commonly observed people meeting tours

Our tour guide Nickolas Player was extremely good very informative with lots of humour in his delivery. The guy is a walking encyclopaedia. The weather was lovely and the crowds not too bad to say it was a Bank Holiday Sunday. Highly recommended

The Tower of London, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, has stood for nearly 1,000 years as a royal fortress, prison, and treasury.

Opening Ceremony: Be among the first visitors to enter the Tower as the famous Yeoman Warders (Beefeaters) carry out the historic Opening Ceremony. This centuries-old ritual marks the official start of the day at the Tower and offers a rare, quieter glimpse of the site and a chance to see the Crown Jewels before the crowds arrive.

Thames cruise: With the relevant option, enjoy a self paced boat ride along the Thames using your flexible sightseeing cruise ticket.

What’s not allowed

Photography is allowed in most areas, except the Jewel House and the Chapel of St. John.

Luggage, large bags, tripods, selfie sticks, and other photographic or recording equipment are not allowed in this experience.

Smoking, eating, and drinking are not allowed.

Accessibility

This experience is not wheelchair or pram/stroller accessible.

Complimentary adult carer/companion tickets can be obtained on the day of your visit upon presentation of proof of supporting documents (such as a Blue Badge, Freedom Pass, DLA letter or PIP letter) at the Ticket Office.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Due to increased security measures at many attractions, some lines may form on tours with 'Skip the line' access.

Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated, & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded.
