El guia fue amable y no obstante nuestra salida era a las 9;30 nos permitio entrar en el grupo de las 9,00 que era pequeño , asi aprovechamos el tiempo pues llegamos temprano para la entrada La entrada con el guia fue rapido y saldando a cola que era coplicada aunque al principio tenuia mis dudas pues en Estambul mucho es truos y sobreprecios, esta aplicacion cumplio lo prometido algo raro en la ciudad donde la mayoria quiere sacar ventajas La recominedo

I don't normally book guided tours but was so happy I did for this ... Our Tour Guide ( Okan )was fantastic. He spoke very clearly & at a great pace when explaining the history of the Ottoman Empire... We will highly recommend to our Friends who will be arriving here in a couple of weeks

A very well run tour and a nice group size. It's well worth taking as you get straight in and there is so much to see. The Harem is a must. We spent over 3 hours in the palace. Burak, our guide, gave a great history and was knowledgable and friendly and did an excellent job.

Our guide was knowledgeable about the palace and the history, and was clear upfront that the 80-90 min. tour would introduce us to the various areas of the palace but would not guide us through all the exhibits. The palace is an amazing place, not to be missed!

Hal was a great guide. Good that the group was split up in 2 groups when it turned out to be rather big. For a palace as big as this one, having a tour guide is almost a necessity.

Guide très pédagogue pour une visite entière (palais + harem). 1h30 guidée puis 1h de déambulation seul, c'était parfait.

Getting started

Meet your host in front of the Fountain of Sultan Ahmed III, where you’ll be welcomed and guided through the entry process. While all visitors must pass through the mandatory security screening, your host will help coordinate the entry smoothly and lead you inside once checks are complete.

Additional information

Security: You skip the ticket lines but you cannot skip the security check. The security check can take up to 60 minutes during peak seasons.

Children: Children will be asked to present their valid passports at the entrance of the museums in order to validate their age.

Entry: This attraction cannot be accessed directly by presenting the digital Pass at the museum. You need to enter with the tour guide.

Headset: All participants are required to use a headset during the guided tour, so a valid ID must be provided as a deposit and will be returned once the tour has ended.

Arrival: You are advised to arrive 15 minutes before the tour start time.
