Es conocida la app, entonces es de fácil acceso. Me fue fácil reservar y consefui mejor precio, así que recomiendo que usen esta app para reservar las excursiones. Si cumplan con los horarios si van con audio guía porque no los esperan.

This is a must-see. Skip the line is only for the tickets, and all need to go through the security checkpoint, which take about 30 minutes. It is huge, so you will need more than 2 hours to go through everything. Very busy but worth it!

This should be a mest see if you are in Istanbul. It is the "New Palace" and what a sight. It was a lot less crowded then the old palace which made our visit more enjoyable.

Dolmabahçe Palace is grand and the audio tour is very easy to use. It would be helpful to receive clear step by step instructions for arrival. You must still get in line for security, then skip ticket line and load audio. Also, must take tram across water to catch the boat-even though there is a cruise dock right at the tram area near the palace. It would have been more convenient to take the cruise from that area.

I really enjoyed visiting Dolmabahçe Palace because it feels completely different from the other historical sites in Istanbul. The combination of Ottoman history and European-inspired architecture makes the palace incredibly impressive. I especially enjoyed seeing the grand halls, enormous chandeliers, detailed decorations, and the views of the Bosphorus. Walking through the palace gave me a much better sense of how the Ottoman court lived during its later years, and seeing all of these details in person made the visit feel much more meaningful than simply reading about its history.

Interesting historical place, exterior and interiors are fascinating. A little crowded, which is absolutely normal for such place. I strongly recommend to visit this palace with 'skip-the-line' tickets from Headout :)

Wear comfortable footwear, as you will spend a lot of time walking on marble floors and using staircases.

What’s Not Allowed

Photography is not permitted inside, so please keep your camera packed away.

Only the official audio guide provided with your ticket is accepted. Personal or third-party audio guides are not allowed.

Accessibility

The palace's ground floor is accessible for wheelchair users, but access to upper levels is limited.

Additional Information

Your ticket lets you skip the main entry line, but all visitors must pass through security. In the busy summer months from June to August, the wait at security can be up to 30 minutes.

Tickets will be sent to your email one day before your visit. If you book on the same day, your ticket will be sent immediately. Check both your inbox and spam folder.

Guests with pre-booked tickets can enter the venue until 4 pm.

For a more relaxed visit, go on a weekday and arrive close to the 9 am opening time.

Exploring the Selamlık, Harem, and gardens usually takes between one and two hours. You may want to allow more time if you plan to visit additional exhibits or take breaks.

The palace café offers tea and snacks with views of the Bosphorus, and the gift shop has a selection of souvenirs to browse.
