I especially enjoyed the dolphin experience, but the prices for pictures are ridiculously expensive. There should be at least one complimentary picture included in the package. I was aghast at the price I paid for only two pictures.

I bought the Dolphin Connection programme with Oceanarium at a discounted admission rate, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. It's a fantastic activity for special occasions. Interacting directly with the dolphins was an unforgettable experience, we had so much fun and learned a lot about them. The Oceanarium also features a great variety of marine creatures, making it both enjoyable and educational. One suggestion for improvement: it would be much more convenient if the receipt breakdown and QR codes could be included as PDF in the confirmation email, instead of requiring users to download the app to access them. Overall, a wonderful & memorable experience!

Please be aware that headout is a complete disaster. Although it is easy to buy the tickets, redeeming headout confirmations at the venue is chaotic. It tool over half and hour of fiddling and downloading apps and reading the fine print. None of it was made clear by headout before arrival at the venue. That godness the people at Oceanarium were so nice and helpful. They agreed that headout is the most difficult and frustrating ticket agency to deal with. The experiance was amazing but the ticketing was not.

Our Dolphin experience memories are the icing on cake of our whole Malaysia & Singapore trip. Kudos to headout app technical team for providing us such a detailed description and seamless smooth experience with attractions. Anyday i would recommend Headout over any other app

Just such a special interaction with a beautiful creature. The experience from start to finish was seamless and well organised. The staff were all great and the dolphins are well cared for and happy. Definitely worth it!

Arrive at Singapore Oceanarium, present your ticket, and check in for your selected dolphin programme. Attend the safety briefing before your scheduled experience begins.

What to expect

Singapore Oceanarium: Explore all 22 themed zones, public exhibits, and scheduled daily presentations before or after your dolphin programme.

Meet dolphins your way: Pick from four experiences designed for different comfort levels, whether you'd rather observe from the shore, enjoy a guided interaction, or enter the water for a closer encounter.

Learn from the experts: Animal Care Specialists guide every programme, sharing insights into dolphin behaviour, anatomy, unique adaptations, husbandry, and marine conservation.

Choose your experience

Dolphin Observer: Watch dolphin behaviours from the shore without entering the water. This option is reserved for guests accompanying participants in the other dolphin programmes.

Dolphin Exploration: Enjoy a 30-minute programme featuring a 15-minute shore-side interaction while learning about dolphins from Animal Care Specialists.

Dolphin Immersion: Spend around 30 minutes in shallow water with dolphins during this 60-minute guided experience, offering a closer connection without snorkelling.

Dolphin Connection: Snorkel in a dedicated dolphin habitat and interact with dolphins during a 60-minute guided programme. Snorkelling equipment is provided.

What to bring

Wear swimwear and footwear for Dolphin Connection and Dolphin Immersion. Wetsuits are provided.

Arrive at the Marine Mammal Habitat check-in counter at least 30 minutes before your scheduled programme.

What's not allowed

Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except infant formula.

Mobile phones, wallets, jewellery, and loose belongings are not allowed during the programme. Lockers are provided.

Photography and videography are not permitted during the dolphin experiences. Official photos are available for purchase.

Personal wetsuits are not permitted for Dolphin Connection and Dolphin Immersion.

Accessibility

Dolphin Observer: Suitable for all ages; reserved for guests accompanying participants in Dolphin Exploration, Immersion, or Connection.

Dolphin Exploration: Suitable for all ages, including children under 4, with a paying adult.

Dolphin Immersion: Guests must be at least 4 years old and 110cm tall. Suitable for non-swimmers.

Dolphin Connection: Guests must be at least 13 years old and confident swimmers.

Additional information

All participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to complete the required release and indemnity form.

Dolphin programmes are weather dependent and subject to operational changes.

Participants entering through Singapore Oceanarium should arrive at the Oceanarium about 1 hour before their scheduled programme.

All participants must complete a release and indemnity form before the programme begins. Participants under 18 must have the form completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Singapore Oceanarium will operate on Saturday, 8 August, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
