A wonderful day out for the whole family grandma, kids and adults - we all enjoyed the day! The air conditioned environment made the day super easy. The flowers and orchids in the flower dome were sublime and so much to look at everywhere for everyone! The cloud forest with the dinosaurs and Jurassic park theme was wonderful for all!

Smooth entry to the facilities, easy to do the booking. Both destination (Flower Dome & Cloud Forest) are always magnificent. We came during peak season, but they can manage the crowd very well.

Booking and getting into Gardens by the Bay through Headout was completely seamless. We bypassed the main ticket lines and walked right in, which saved us a ton of hassle. The actual experience inside, though, was a bit of a mixed bag. The sheer scale of the conservatories is incredible. The Flower Dome is beautifully curated—it feels like stepping into a massive, vibrant Mediterranean escape. Walking through the layouts and seeing such a huge collection of exotic plants was definitely a highlight, and the architecture itself is stunning. That said, the ticket price to visit both the Cloud Forest and the Flower Dome feels really steep, especially if you're traveling as a family or on a budget. Our biggest disappointment was the Jurassic World integration in the Cloud Forest. It’s been advertised everywhere, so we were really looking forward to it, but it just didn’t live up to the hype. Instead of feeling like an immersive prehistoric world, the dinosaurs felt a bit random and detached from the natural beauty of the misty forest. It’s probably a fun novelty for little kids, but if you're expecting a mind-blowing, cinematic experience based on the promos, you'll likely leave a bit disappointed.

The Cloud Forest was hands down the most amazing experience I had in Singapore! It was actually the very first thing I did after landing, and it completely blew me away. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was mesmerized. For the next hour and a half, I forgot all about work, responsibilities, and adult life, and honestly felt like a kid again, especially while exploring the incredible dinosaur exhibits! I visited around 9:30 AM and was just in time to catch the misting session at 10:00 AM, which made the whole experience even more magical. The combination of the waterfall, lush greenery, cool climate, and mist created such an immersive atmosphere. I would highly, highly recommend visiting early in the morning if you can. The Flower Dome was equally beautiful, but in a completely different way. My favorite part was how incredibly fresh it smelled the entire time. Walking through it felt strangely therapeutic, like I was healing from the inside out! The vibrant colors, stunning floral displays, and peaceful atmosphere make it easy to lose track of time while wandering around. As for Headout, the entire booking experience was seamless. I simply scanned my e-ticket on my phone and walked right in without waiting in any queues. The tickets were also significantly cheaper than buying them at the venue, which was a huge bonus. The whole process was quick, convenient, and hassle-free. P.S. The air conditioning inside both domes is a blessing!
