Supero con creces todas mis expectativas la verdad que era realmente impresionante soy de España y jamás había visto un olivo tan grande como los que tienen allí y por supuesto tuve la gran suerte de ver los cerezos en flor que es una experiencia inolvidable. I recently visited the Plaza Premium Lounge Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 1 and overall had a decent experience. The lounge is well-designed, modern, and offers a comfortable place to relax during a layover. The seating area is spacious enough, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere compared to the main terminal. Food selection was acceptable, with a mix of hot dishes and snacks, though it could be improved in variety and quality. Drinks were easily accessible and staff were generally polite. One downside was that access and organization could be clearer, and at times it felt slightly crowded depending on the hour. Also, some amenities didn’t fully match expectations for a premium lounge. Overall, it’s a good option for resting, recharging devices, and having a quick meal before a flight, but there’s still room for improvement to truly feel “premium.” Ps. The soup was great ...so the cold drinks

A wonderful day out for the whole family grandma, kids and adults - we all enjoyed the day! The air conditioned environment made the day super easy. The flowers and orchids in the flower dome were sublime and so much to look at everywhere for everyone! The cloud forest with the dinosaurs and Jurassic park theme was wonderful for all!

I recently spent 5 hours at the Ambassador Lounge in Singapore Changi Airport and had a very pleasant experience. The facilities were excellent. The shower rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully stocked with all the necessary toiletries and products, making it easy to freshen up during a long layover. The seating area was comfortable and well-maintained. The only improvement I would suggest is adding more reclining or more comfortable lounge chairs for guests who want to relax for extended periods. The buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of food options available. The breakfast selection was particularly impressive, and the fresh salad bar was beautifully presented with high-quality ingredients. What truly stood out was the staff. They were efficient, friendly, professional, and incredibly hardworking. Like many service staff throughout Singapore Changi Airport, they consistently provided excellent customer service and helped create a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend the Ambassador Lounge to anyone passing through Singapore Changi Airport. The excellent facilities, delicious food, and exceptional staff make it a wonderful place to relax during a layover.
