    Per mio errore, alla fine ho visitato il castello da sola. Poi ho conosciuto i dipendenti dell'agenzia che sono stati gentilissimi.

    Nous avons réussi à obtenir deux billets classiques (Chateau, Cathédrale, Basilique, Golden lane) en ligne du jour pour le lendemain (!) pour une arrivée à 10H du matin. Il faut arriver de bonne heure car dès 11H c'était la foule: Chateau et Basilique: un peu de monde mais c'était faisable. Cathèdrale: attente de 10 minutes à l'entrée et des bonchons pendant la visite. Golden Lane: trop de monde, c'était impraticable ! Achat facile en ligne des billets

    The tickets ultimately worked, but we did have some issues with them at St. Vitus specifically. Two of the three worked fine, but I was denied entry and a kind employee at the info center had to physically walk me past the scanner so I could get in. Also, the audioguide this ticket comes with is trash. The official ones have dozens of stations with specific information with signs everywhere, but the one from this app has a grand total of like a minute and half of info for the entirety of the cathedral. I was incredibly disappointed. I would definitely buy directly next time and not use Head Out. The lines to get tickets onsite were never more than about ten minutes anyway.
