My tour guide was beyond impressive. The amount of information was plentiful. The castle itself was worth the trip but the added information was well above the cost of the ticket. Incredible.

Fácil de encontrar el punto de encuentro, bien explicado, y la audioguia en español, fácil de utilizar y de seguir. Lo único malo que no pudimos entrar al palacio al estar cerrado puntualmente, pero entiendo que no es culpa de la empresa.

Compramos las entradas en línea, el día programado fuimos y el personal de la empresa nos entregó en el lugar indicado los tickets y contraseñas en el Castillo de Praga. Son confiables. El Castillo es muy bonito, es una gran experiencia conocer la vida en la época medieval, lo recomiendo.

Prague castle was lovely!! I really enjoyed the tour. The castle was beautiful and the service was excellent. It was easy to find the tour guides and the tickets worked perfectly. The food up there was also great.

There was some confusion with the tickets. We were sent to the information desk, then they sent us to people just standing outside... after that, it was good. St. Vitus is gorgeous, as is the Golden Lane. The castle itself is alright, but nothing spectacular.

The representative will exchange your voucher for the ticket to the Prague castle interiors (you can not enter the interiors with the voucher only) and give you a 20-minute-long introduction.

The ticket is valid for 2 days (as per option selected, from the day you receive it) and it includes one entry to every attraction from Circuit B (Old Royal Palace, Basilic of St. George, Golden Lane, and St. Vitus Cathedral)

Optional online guide: With this voucher via email, you have received your online Guide login details (user name and password), allowing you to log into the online guide.

Optional audioguide is available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Czech, Polish and Chinese (simplified) languages

A working internet connection is essential for the optional online audio guide to work properly.
