The Plaza Premium Lounge near Gate 60, proved a wonderful respite to refresh and recharge whilst transiting through Hong Kong. Conveniently and easily located above the departure gates, we enjoyed wonderful food and drink options available, which included a nice array of GF options. The shower facilities were spotlessly clean and very refreshing…just what was needed on a long haul stopover. A gem if you’re looking for a quiet spot is the area directly behind the reception desk, which is separate from the main lounge area with a small number of tables/chairs and blissfully quite!

A great experiwnce. I could have a nice long shower right away! It was a full bathroom incl sink and toilet and a nice big toeel. Great amenities! Relaxing to have a spot where you can leave your luggage while getting food which is constantly being replenished. Nicely displsyed, clean and tidy. The trays with used dishes were cleared frrquently. I was there for 3 hours and was able to go back and forth for new helpings. Best way to spend time while in transit!

A great way to spend time before a flight at HKIA. Being able to take a shower before boarding was a highlight and left me feeling completely refreshed. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety, and the wine and coffee were very good too. Booking through Headout was easy, and the lounge was comfortable and relaxing. Definitely worth it, and I'd book it again.

My dad was travelling alone to Auckland got the transit 12hours from Hongkong and booked plaza premium for 06 hours. Staffs were very supportive, helped him to connect to wifi so was able to stay connected and allowed him to stay duration than its maximum Amazing service thank you!!!

Excellent! I booked my Mother In Law in so she could rest before transferring to another long flight. She said it was lovely and comfortable and certainly helped with weariness and having somewhere to freshen up. I will now be booking the same for her return leg.

The atmosphere and the courtesy of the staff is excellent. Secondly, the cleanliness especially, your bathroom facilities are superb. Even though the food menu is limited, it tastes really nice. I will definitely refer to my friends and the other family members..

The First Lounge itself was great! It was peaceful, the staff were great and we enjoyed the relaxing break in between flights. The experience was rated down slightly as the Headout Ticket received was actually labelled as the standard lounge, which took some sorting through with both Headout and the Lounge staff on arrival, which wasn't ideal after a long haul flight. Overall though, I'd recommend!
