Courteous and helpful staff. Booked us for a timeslot for showers which was fantastic after 21 hours of travel. The fishball noodles are delicious as always, especially with deep fried fish skins. Quiet ambience, power outlet to recharge devices and unlimited drinks, tea and coffee.

A relaxing experience especially after a long flight and when one is in transit for a prolonged period. Enable me to shower and refresh and made my next flight a lot easier. Staff was excellent and helpful. Will recommend the lounge to anyone who is in transit at Hong Kong international airport.

Overall the first class lounge was good. The massage and shower were lovely. I think the food options could be expanded on. More fruit, plain orange juice and apple juice for the people who don't drink alcohol, biscuits. Also some recliner chairs so that people could get some much needed sleep.

Coourteous staff, helped us booked the complimentary shower and massage. Buffet style food was plentiful. We booked the 8 hour timeslot for a long layover, food selections are different for breakfast and dinner. The dessert section provides good variety (swiss rolls, cheese cakes) along with pastries (coconut tarts, croissants, cinnamon scrolls). Great selection of alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks. Will be booking again on our way back home for a 4 hours layover.

The food was very traditionally prepared with the authentic tasting experience given for a traveller like me who was tired and needed energy recovery for the next leg. Overall service of the staffs was very receptive and understood the needs of the guest and also welcomed suggestions. Keep up the good work!!!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. On entering I was asked if I'd like to book a complimentary 10 minute massage and a shower. That done I was offered a comfy seat in the lounge and a refreshing drink. Afterwards I enjoyed their famous Hong Kong fish all noodle soup.

What to expect

Once inside, you’ll be greeted with a welcome drink and guided to a comfy seat. Sit back and enjoy a freshly prepared meal from the buffet menu, served right to your table. You’ll also have access to a wide range of drinks, including premium wines, cocktails, and spirits.

Need to freshen up? Shower facilities with towels and toiletries are available (first-come, first-served). You’ll also get free Wi-Fi, plenty of charging points, and flight updates right on screen so you can unwind without worrying about your gate. Choose from 3, 6, 8, or 12-hour access—perfect whether you’re on a short layover or a long stop between flights.

Additional information

Complimentary amenities for shower facilities includes shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, bath towel, dental kit, comb, shower cap, vanity kit, and hairdryer.

Complimentary 30-min usage on a first-come-first-served basis and reservations can be made at the reception.
