It was a great day out we loved all the rides and everything was amazing. Definitely lived up to expectations was very hot but they had cooling misters around the park which was great and water taps to fill your bottles. The villains stunt show was amazing such good drivers and the show was good. However we are english speaking only so didn't get any of the acting but the stunts where good. This was the same with the rise of penguin good show great stunts very impressive but didn't understand. We still enjoyed the day and would definitely recommend to anyone was good value for money. We didn't buy the fast track and honestly you didn't need it rides and workers moved everyone of efficiently the longest we waited for a ride was about an hour (superman, worth the wait) but the rest where under 20 minutes. We loved the shop had a massive selection of all WBs films and characters and all decently priced. The parade was organised well and was very well done and we loved it. The easiness of everything was great for us and the bus was easy to catch and very cheap, it was busy on the way back but it was to be as expected. The app is good and easy to navigate even in another language they could do with a translate function but we still understood without it.

A facilidade no processo de compra e também o facto de de não ter de imprimir o bilhete, bastando usar a APP que para melhorar a experiência nem precisa de ter dados móveis a funcionar.

Do momento em que atravessamos os portões do parque até o acesso ao primeiro brinquedo/atração, a sensação que temos é de total pertencimento. A certeza de que toca aquela estrutura e ambiente são nossos faz com que as emoções fiquem seguras no zelo que o parque dispensa aos seus visitantes. Amei os cacifos para as bagagens e as muitas opções de refeições também são diferenciais.

Minha visita ao Parque Warner foi simplesmente incrível! A experiência foi muito bem organizada, desde a facilidade com os ingressos pela Headout até o dia inteiro no parque. As atrações, o ambiente e toda a temática da Warner tornaram o dia inesquecível. Foi, sem dúvida, um dos pontos altos da minha viagem a Madrid e uma experiência que eu repetiria facilmente!

C’était une très bonne expérience. L’application est facile à utiliser et très claire. Nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème lors de la réservation. Nous avons bénéficié d’une réduction par rapport aux prix proposés sur d’autres plateformes. L’accès au parc d’attractions s’est déroulé de manière fluide et sans problème. La compra fue sencilla y la entrada estaba disponible en la app, apenas llegue al parque la utilicé sin ningún inconveniente. Todo perfecto, la usaría nuevamente sin dudas.

Getting started

Head to Parque Warner Madrid in San Martín de la Vega. Arrive early, especially on weekends or holidays, to avoid long queues at entry. Have your mobile ticket and a valid ID ready for scanning at the main entrance. Security checks are conducted at entry; outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the park.

Five themed areas: Explore five themed areas—from Hollywood glamour to cartoon chaos—each filled with immersive detail and character encounters.

Thrill rides: Feel the adrenaline on coasters like SUPERMAN™: La Atracción de Acero, BATMAN™: La Fuga, and the stomach-dropping Stunt Fall.

Character meet-and-greets: Catch live performances and spot Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and Wonder Woman roaming the park for photos and hugs.

On-site amenities: Enjoy themed restaurants, snack stalls, souvenir shops, and locker rentals to make your visit smooth and comfortable.

Family attractions: Join Scooby-Doo on a mystery ride, race in bumper cars, and explore kid-friendly cartoon zones with gentler rides and games

What to bring

Keep your documents handy: Carry a valid government-issued photo ID, as it may be required to verify your ticket at the entrance.

Prepare your ticket before you arrive: Download your mobile ticket in advance. Mobile network coverage can be weak near the entry gates, and having your ticket ready will help you avoid delays.

Choose a cashless payment option: Bring a credit or debit card for purchases inside the park, as some restaurants, snack kiosks, and retail stores may not accept cash.

What's not allowed

Dining inside the park: Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the park. Guests can enjoy meals and refreshments at the restaurants and food outlets available throughout the venue.

Accessibility

Ride suitability: Some attractions are not recommended for pregnant women or guests with heart, back, or neck conditions. Please check the safety information displayed at each ride before joining the queue.

Additional information

Separate tickets: Scare attractions, including the House of Terror, are not included with your admission ticket and must be purchased separately.

Express meal option: Your meal includes one burger, pizza, or sandwich (depending on the restaurant’s menu), plus one drink and a serving of fries. You can redeem it at Daily, Gotham, Porky’s & Jack Fish, BBQ Gran Kahuna, and El Embarcadero at Parque Warner Beach.

Fast Pass availability: This ticket does not include Fast Pass access. During weekends, holidays, and peak seasons, popular attractions may have longer wait times.

Language assistance: Most ride safety announcements and operating instructions are provided in Spanish. Limited English assistance is available within the park.

Ride closures: Some attractions may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or seasonal operations. Check the park's official calendar before your visit for the latest updates.

Visiting with children: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while inside the park.
