The Tour guide, Nacho, was very knowledgable and gave good/interesting information about the art. He was very thoughtful to my husband who had injured his knee. He told him where the elevator was so he didn't have to always take the stairs. I suggest taking an early tour so you have time to see everything in the museum after the guided tour is over.

Very informative guide, Sara, who took us to prominent artwork and explained the features. Loved her knowledge and passion. She led us through a maze of rooms that would have confused us. The tour was excellent - the only issue was ticketing and gaining access which took almost an hour.

I absolutely loved this tour! Our guide, Jesús, was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail, but always in such an engaging and enjoyable way. He made the whole experience truly memorable. I would definitely do this tour again and highly recommend it!

The Prado museum tour was excellent. The meeting point was clear and easy to find. Our guide was extremely informative and picked very interesting works for us to observe making the museum far less intimidating. I highly recommend this tour.

Guide was very knowledgeable. Tour time was delayed by 1 hour, but less than 24 hrs notification was given disrupting my schedule. Also the earphones were low quality making it difficult to hear some of the explanations. It would help if guide spoke directly into the mic instead of pinning on her shirt. This would minimize background noise and also avoid changes in sound quality caused by the natural movement of the head while speaking.

Przewodnik okazał się bardzo kompetentny, przekazał nam dużo fajnych informacji. Jak najbardziej polecam, szczególnie że nie wymagało to stania w olbrzymiej kolejce po bilet na wejście. Pozatym samo muzeum jest tak rozległe , że dotarcie do najbardziej nas interesujących ekspozycji było by samodzielnie bardzo trudne.

If visiting Prado and not an art history expert, I'd strongly recommend a guided tour. Hearing the tour guide via the headphones was occassionally difficult due to background noise and the museum itself was quite crowded but I think I'd have enjoyed it less without being part of the guided tour.
