We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Zoo Aquarium Madrid! Head Out made the reservation process smooth and easy. We entered with the mobile tickets that were sent to me via email with a bar code. The tour guide was very pleasant but only gave his commentary in Spanish. We relied on the earphones which weren't always in sync with the position of the bus.
