The Tour guide, Nacho, was very knowledgable and gave good/interesting information about the art. He was very thoughtful to my husband who had injured his knee. He told him where the elevator was so he didn't have to always take the stairs. I suggest taking an early tour so you have time to see everything in the museum after the guided tour is over.

Petite remarque la signalatique est simple à suivre aux étages 0 et 1 mais difficile à trouver et à comprendre pour l'étage 2 Cordialement

Very informative guide, Sara, who took us to prominent artwork and explained the features. Loved her knowledge and passion. She led us through a maze of rooms that would have confused us. The tour was excellent - the only issue was ticketing and gaining access which took almost an hour.

I absolutely loved this tour! Our guide, Jesús, was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail, but always in such an engaging and enjoyable way. He made the whole experience truly memorable. I would definitely do this tour again and highly recommend it!

Lo fácil para entrar . La audio guía es mejorable , va muy rápido en algunas áreas , requiere más instrucciones . Para andar el museo ayuda y permite adentrarse más el origen de los cuadros

La rapidité de la commande pour les billets et une fois sur place la rapidité de passage était très agréable. Très beau monument, énormément de chose à voir, je recommande vivement !

Guide was very knowledgeable. Tour time was delayed by 1 hour, but less than 24 hrs notification was given disrupting my schedule. Also the earphones were low quality making it difficult to hear some of the explanations. It would help if guide spoke directly into the mic instead of pinning on her shirt. This would minimize background noise and also avoid changes in sound quality caused by the natural movement of the head while speaking.

Ein Museum von Weltklasse. Aber: lange Besucherschlangen. Daher unbedingt vorher über Internet buchen und ein Zeitfenster mitbuchen. Im Prado verläuft man sich schnell. Die Saalnummern sind oft versteckt. Der ausgelegte Saalplan verwirrt mehr als dass er hilft. Wege zur Toilette findet man nicht einfach. Man muss mehrfach den Weg erfragen.
