Family예약 확인2025년 2월1/5I was taking this tour with my kids and unfortunately was running late to the bus meet up spot, I called and was able to beg and plead with the guide to wait for us for 8 minutes past the time of departure. I was very apologetic, and basically in tears when we entered the bus. I was expecting that the guide was upset but honestly never would have expected to be put on blast over the loud speaker... the guide heavily put emphasis on being on time to respect everyone, that she went on aggressively for several minutes about how important timeliness is. I'm aware that my being late caused a disruption but the way it was delt with was unprofessional, rude, and honestly just confusing. Some people are here for a first time, we don't know everything about the area or have control over cabs canceling and not showing up. Being strict is one thing but being rude and hurtful for the sake of it is just nasty.JJoney R
