Everything was arranged - hotel transfers, entry to zoo, capybara experience. The whole experience was seamless and customer service excellent. The zoo is one of the more spacious and easy to navigate I have been to. The animals all looked happy and in good condition.

Easy to book, exchanged at ticket booth at entry for tickets (wrist bands). Booked for 1pm capybara connection (not with lunch option). Open air shared cafe, adjoinjng shaded outdoor area where the capybara are, so adults can relax and see the kids interacting with the capybara, a tortoise too with feed (plants for capybara, flowers for tortoise). Animals so well behaved and funny/ cute. 10yo enjoyed herself so much and definitely memorable. Staff were flexible and let us in as we were early than our session time. The included drinks were from their menu- great value. After this, Bali zoo needed about 3 hours to explore including taking shuttle to and back in the zoo. Very green and shady to walk, great day!!!

Booking was quick and the check-in process was effortless. Hand-feeding the capybaras was the highlight, and the animals were calm and friendly. We also enjoyed a delicious meal from the selected menu before exploring the zoo. The animal shows and keeper talks made the entire visit engaging and well worth it.

The experience exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. The capybaras were gentle, the interaction felt unhurried, and the staff shared interesting facts throughout. Enjoying a meal afterward and exploring the zoo with access to animal shows made this a memorable Bali adventure.

We had an amazing time meeting the capybaras up close. Feeding them by hand was a unique experience, and the staff ensured everyone felt comfortable. The included meal was tasty, and we loved spending the rest of the day watching animal shows and learning from informative keeper talks.

Staff will guide you to the capybara interaction area and provide a brief introduction to the session. If you’ve selected the transfer option, round-trip transport to and from the zoo is arranged for your convenience.
