Compare base and upgraded daytime tickets before buying. Jungle Hopper-type tickets usually include admission, one Safari Journey, some animal presentations, aquarium access, and insurance, while Dragon, Leopard, or Rhino tiers often add buffet lunch and better safari access.

If you expect to eat inside the park, check whether a meal-included package works better. Reviews often note that buying lunch and drinks separately can narrow the gap between a base ticket and an upgraded daytime package.

Choose day vs night based on format, not just timing. Daytime visits usually take about 4–7 hours and cover more exhibits and shows; Night Safari is a separate 3–4 hour evening program centered on a special vehicle ride, show, and usually dinner.

A clearly signposted driveway leads to the parking area and a large entrance building, and all visitors funnel through here. Online tickets are typically scanned at the turnstiles or checked at a counter first; some third-party vouchers require redemption at the ticket desk before entry. Bag checks and general security screening take place before or at the turnstiles. Waits are usually shorter near opening and longer in mid-morning and holiday periods. The forecourt and entry hall are on level ground, but there may be some walking from the parking area and detailed ramp or door information is not clearly published.

Our family of 6 had the best time at the night safari! We loved going in the truck/cage and feeding the animals- especially Zebras! The buffet diner was amaing and the fire ceremony finished the night off perfectly.

We had a great time at the Safari! We got the Rhino package which was great, included transport, elephant care package and areas in the park secluded from everyone else for refreshments. It is a great mix of walking around seeing the animals, along with the safari ride.

I love coming to this place. Have been 4 times now and never disappoints. This time we choose the "Lunch with lion" package. We had a very enjoyable lunch as we watched the lions wander a bit. The safari trip was very interesting. We were a party of 3 but unfortunately 1 member got sick. Our tickets were non-refundable so we thought that would be money lost, instead we were able to "feed the predators and the meercats" . A very big thankyou for that. It certainly made my day. The animal presentations were informative, the grounds, toilets and restsurants were all clean. There were plenty of staff to assist. Well worth the money and time spent.

The combo of safari tickets and transfers was good and the timing of 10hrs is also comfortable. Contructive feedback - There is a charge for parking, IDR 10,000, however there is no information about this when booking tickets. Please add this information in the description so people are aware. Cash is the only mode of payment. Luckily for us our driver paid it since we did not carry any cash.
