Service inpeccable, controleurs très aimables. J'ai pris un train matinal vers 9 heure et j'ai eu la chance de m'asseoir. Les moins chanceux arrivaient au dernier moment avant le départ et ils ont été obligé de rster debout avec leurs gros valises et poussettes etc. Généralement, lorsque le train est bondé de touristes, le voyage est moin confortable mais j'imagine qu'il est impossible d'évites les gandes masses durant la saison touristique. I have to say, it didn't start great. I booked a train ticket and needed to make changes, and didn't get a response back. Yet, when I reached out again the customer service was amazing. They provided accurate information and helped me get to my destination. When it didn't work, they automatically refunded me which I didn't even have to ask for. I felt valued and taken care of

The Leonardo Express is really fantastic. Very easy to find when you get off the plane. If you miss your timeslot, no worries you can just take the next one. Every 15 minutes a train leaves to Rome. When you get in there are enough seats to sit comfortably during the trip. After about 32 minute you arrive in Rome at the big station Termini, in the middle of the city.

Excellente. Rapide, pratique. Premier quai à l'entrée, très bien placé. Une réelle difficulté rencontrée, le billet online Ne fonctionne pas, il ni a pas de flash code et nombreuses personnes comme moi ont été coincées. J'ai failli perdre le train. J'ai dû demandé une faveur à un membre du personnel pour passer. Ce problème est à corriger.

All'andata pessima impressione: ferma per 6 ore per un guasto, terza volta in una settimana, non sono stati presi pullman sostitutivi e taxi e le navette avevano circa un'oretta e mezza di attesa. Fiumicino era nel caos! Comunque un fatto raro...dicono.....meno male che non avevo ancora fatto biglietto del treno! Al ritorno avevo fatto il biglietto online e ho dovuto aspettare 15 min il successivo perche' se prendevo quello prima dovevo pagare 5 euro... almeno c'era abbastanza fresco!

We loved the provided service, the staff attention was really kind and we felt welcomed. Our biggest win was that we missed our departure train but since the Leonardo Express departs every 15 minutes, we were able to hop onto the next one and arrive on time!
