I had never heard of this before and was gifted the experience for my birthday. To say that I was amazed would be an understatement. I had been on the go for 17 hours & didn't expect much, boy was I surprised. The shower room was immaculate, the buffet was all that I could want before my next flight home & the peace of the lounge set me on track for the final leg. I must also compliment all the staff that I came into contact with, all were cheery, happy & very accommodating. I would recommend this service to anyone in transit. Keep up the excellent work. Ambassador lounge was great, shower rooms were amazing. Food selection was great for both picky-eaters and normal eaters. Complimentary alcoholic drinks were also nice, the staff were warm and welcoming. Only thing to improve on are putting more of those white seats that allow you to properly lay back and relax

The ambassador lounge was a welcome pit stop. The showers were spacious and clean with towels and toiletries provided. The lounge itself was a quiet oasus with a lovely buffet. I will definitely be using this service again

It was so good to spend my layover in Singapore being able to have a shower in one of the amazing shower rooms, and also a full buffet for dinner and comfortable lounge chairs to relax in! Highly reccommend

Though i have given 5 rating, it would be appreciated if kitchen staff can understand and speak more english specially for people who are allergic to specific foods

Ambassador Lounge was easy to locate, quiet and peaceful while we were there. As its very small, this might change with more people or at another time of the day. Shower service was fantastic. Our experience was let down by the food which was ordinary - and the pre-prepared hot food was lukewarm. However at breakfast time they will make eggs any way you like and on the spot.

The only issue we had was when checking in. It was very busy and it was suggested we return later when we had booked a 3 hour slot from 6pm. We managed to find 2 seats and our stay from then on was enjoyable. Our suggestion would be to have 2 queues, one for people who had booked in advance and one for walk-ins. This would give priority to those who had booked in advance.

Had a 16 hour layover in Singapore after a couple of long flights to get there. I booked a 3 hour time slot with a shower slot at the Ambassador Travel Lounge. The staff were very helpful and friendly, shower was clean and plenty of hot water. There was plenty of choices for the food served but not a lot that appealed to me on the day.. would book it again. Thankyou

While I always appreciate the service - especially the opportunity to have a shower - @ the Ambassador lounge, I was this time a tad disappointed. The lounge was overcrowded/overbooked when I arrived in the late afternoon. Hard to find a seat indeed. Plus, the aircon settings were suboptimal. There was a lot of humidity in the dining area.
