The receptionist was very friendly and dealt with all my questions efficiently and effectively. She was able to make recommendations that made my stay that much better. The food was very good and the nap pod was amazing! Very clean and comfortable beds. The shower facilites reminded me of a spa! Again, very clean and they had the necessary basic toilettries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion). They even provide a toothbrush and toothpaste! I have raved about my stay to my friends and if I ever find myself in Singapore again, I would not hesitate to book there again.

Only Issue was. The Bar close 11pm to 6 am After a long flight was looking forward to Relax With a Beer. No notice on site said it closed those hours. I had booked in for 5 hours from 1 am. My Bad Luck. Otherwise all very Nice.

Find the Ambassador Transit Lounge on the 3rd floor of Changi Airport Terminal 2, near Transfer F and Dreamscape Attractions. Present your booking at the reception for check-in and receive details about your included amenities and available facilities.

This lounge offers a convenient retreat for travelers in transit, providing essential comforts and services within one of the world’s busiest airports. Designed for both leisure and productivity, it caters to solo travelers, families, and business guests.

Shower facilities: Freshen up with access to showers and basic toiletries, included in your package for a revitalizing break between flights.

Business center: Stay connected with complimentary high-speed WiFi, internet access, and printing services, ideal for catching up on work or travel plans.

Food and beverages: Enjoy a buffet selection and free-flow non-alcoholic drinks, with two complimentary alcoholic beverages available between 06:00 and 23:59.

Family-friendly spaces: Take advantage of a kid’s play area and spacious seating, with complimentary access for children under 2 years old.

Additional amenities: Charging stations, flight information screens, TV, newspapers, and magazines are available throughout the lounge for your convenience.

What to bring

Bring a valid boarding pass for same-day travel to access the lounge.

Bring suitable gym attire if you plan to use the gym facilities.

What’s not allowed

Entry without a valid boarding pass is not permitted.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the lounge.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking patio.

Additional information

Complimentary access is available for children under 2 years old when accompanied by an adult.

Children aged 2–11 must be accompanied by a paying adult; children aged 12 and above are charged the adult rate.

Minimum duration for nap suite usage is 6 hours.

Gymnasium access is for up to 2 hours per session and is available only in Terminal 2.

Arriving passengers planning to enter Singapore cannot stay at the Ambassador Transit Lounge – Terminal 2.

As the lounge is located airside in the Restricted/Transit area, transit travelers must NOT clear immigration or customs. This means that only passengers transiting through Singapore—traveling to another country without clearing Singapore’s arrival immigration—can access the lounge.
