The headphones made it easy to understand and hear with a group of 19. They called me when I didn't arrive ten minutes before the time. When I told them that my train was delayed, they were very accommodating and switched me to a later time so that we wouldn't miss it which I was grateful for. Highly recommend.CCynthia U
