I really enjoyed the performance. It was an amazing show, and I truly appreciated the experience. However, I was very disappointed with the way the security staff treated me. The first staff member came to speak to me about my phone but walked away so quickly that I couldn’t even understand what she was trying to tell me. I assumed that taking photos was not allowed, so I immediately stopped. A little later, I briefly used my phone to send an urgent message about my son. Another security staff member then approached me in a very rude and aggressive manner, saying, “This is your sec ond warning. If there is a third, you will be removed from the performance.” I found this very upsetting and unnecessary. There was no clear information provided in advance that using a mobile phone at any time during the performance was prohibited. I did not see this mentioned during the booking process or on any signs at the theatre. Perhaps regular theatre-goers in London already know this rule, but this was my very first theatre performance in London. A polite explanation would have been much more appropriate than being threatened with removal. I hope you will consider providing clearer information to first-time visitors and remind your staff to communicate with guests in a more respectful and understanding manner. Thank you.

My expectations were high because I’d been waiting for years, and this Disney movie is one of my favorites—a cherished memory from my childhood. But it was all incredibly moving, right from the iconic opening scene. From the beauty of the small theater—with a stage ingeniously designed to accommodate all the sets—to the incredibly talented actors, who were expressive, true to the original characters, and just the right amount of witty. Many lines were taken from the movie, along with some original dialogue; I particularly appreciated the references to African culture and the fact that Rafiki spoke in the original language at times. Everything was wonderful; I bought some merchandise to support them because they deserve it. Honorable mention goes to the orchestra. I got tickets in the upper section because they were less expensive, and the show was very enjoyable. The theater’s only drawback was the lack of air conditioning in the restrooms—it was stiflingly hot. There are a lot of stairs; I’m not sure if the venue is accessible for people with mobility impairments.

The Lion King was an unforgettable experience from beginning to end. The performances were outstanding, with incredible singing, acting, and choreography that brought the story to life in a truly magical way. The costumes and stage design were breathtaking, and the way the animals were portrayed was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. The live orchestra and powerful music created an emotional atmosphere that gave me goosebumps several times throughout the show. Every scene was executed with remarkable precision and passion. It wasn’t just a musical, it was a spectacular artistic experience that exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting London, regardless of age. A truly world-class performance that I’ll remember for a long time

As it was the matinee for the lion king, it was full of children and big groups from schools. The show was fantastic and the venue was very comfortable, the air-conditioning was working really well despite being so hot in the streets these days. The view from the grand circle is great you can see from the pictures (G-1 seat). A booster seat was provided for my little niece, so kind from the staff. Thanks
