Everything was perfect, just as described in the email. The minibus was very nice and ran right on schedule. On board, there was an English-speaking guide, as specified, who took us to Auschwitz, where we were met by an Italian guide. The guide was always available to assist with any of our requests. The return trip was also perfect.

The guide was very knowledgeable and did a great job of conveying the story. He also asked for respectful silence at the appropriate moments, given the traumatic events that took place at those sites.
Please note that the departure time is subject to significant change. We had signed up for the 10:00 a.m. group and were already on the bus at 5:45 a.m.—much earlier than planned.

The thermal baths were absolutely amazing! I did the 3-hour option, and I thought it was perfect. There are indoor and outdoor hot tubs to choose from, and I personally loved the large outdoor one because the views of both the cabin and the mountains is so beautiful. Highly reccomend!

The whole day was good and the fact that we saw a significant amount of snow and that it was snowing for a good portion of the day made it even more special . Our guide Eric was very helpful and took care of us during the day ensuring we had a good time
