The staff was very friendly and mostly young, which my girlfriend and I really appreciated. The check-in went very smoothly. The meal and the breakfast were good. I highly recommend it!

The castle is impressive; you can tour it in 3–4 hours. The introductory video is particularly noteworthy, as it explains the castle’s history under the patronage of King Francis I, a great hunter and architecture enthusiast. Also worth noting is the collection of buttons featuring animal motifs, as the king was passionate about hunting. The staircase designed by Leonardo da Vinci is impressive.

The bike parking is good, near the entrance. The castle is magnificent and very interesting, especially with the audio guide and the videos you can watch by entering the code at the historical stations. All the rooms are described in detail. The tour with Headout went smoothly. The online tickets work.

We were taken on a guided tour. A big thank you to this lady—her commentary was incredible, and her knowledge and explanations really captivated us. I had two young children, ages 13 and 7, and they have very fond memories of the experience.

Aside from the fact that I saved money (5%) by using the Headut website, the shopping experience was really good and straightforward. I received the tickets via email, and the app made it easy to get into the castles—and it works perfectly even without an internet connection!!

The castle gardens are magnificent and offer lovely spots for picnics and naps. The castle is beautiful, and the staircase is impressive. There isn't much furniture, but the view of the gardens from the terraces is breathtaking.

A very beautiful castle, though the grounds are in poor condition due to the current drought, and there aren’t enough benches in the park to rest on. Picnics are allowed, but I didn’t see any trash cans, so be sure to take your trash with you when you leave. The price, including paid parking (€21 + €8), is a bit expensive.

The Chennenceaux and Chambord Castle are amazing. The details, the workmanship, the horse show, the size and the helpful staff are all noteworthy. We had a wonderful time. Do not forget to rent your tablets expecially if you have kids with you.

This was my first time visiting this magnificent place... Chambord is a magical place 🧙 despite a severe drought this year, which has unfortunately left the gardens looking a bit barren... It was a unique experience, thanks to the kind and attentive staff...

It was an unforgettable experience. I had wanted to visit the castles for a long time, and I finally had the chance to do so. I really love architecture, and each castle is a fine example of the richness of French architecture.
