Breakfast was not only with Orangutans but Elephants, a Gibbon and a variety of birds. The mud bath was much more than expected and what an amazing experience. The staff at the Zoo were very professional and kind. We would experience this again next time we visit.

It was a great experience getting up close and personal with some of the animals. The breakfast was buffet and had a wide variety of things to choose from. The elephant fun was such an incredible experience would highly recommend.

I expected a breakfast with Orang Utans only, but the keepers presentad us also birds, other apes and elephants during the breakfast. I was impressed with how much love and kindness the animals are treated and therefore they were relaxed and joyful to interact with us visitors.

Share a hands-on mud session with these giants, then refuel over lunch, with your time, entry and essentials covered in one animal experience.

Arrive at Bali Zoo, check in with your ticket and sip a welcome tea or coffee with snacks before your mud play and elephant feeding session.

Head into the mud area to brush, splash and interact with the elephants, share feeding moments and watch how they move and respond at close range.

Dry off with the provided towel, then sit down to the lunch on site and use your zoo entry to wander past enclosures and habitats at your pace.

Upgrade to options that add round-trip hotel transfers from Bali areas and insurance, so you skip transit planning and feel covered all day.

Enhance your visit by adding encounters and shows, entry to Jungle Splash Waterplay, or breakfast with orangutans for more time with the animals.

Spend a day at Bali Zoo with hands-on elephant mud fun, feeding sessions, and time to explore shows and play areas.

Getting started

Begin by entering Bali Zoo and checking in for your elephant program. Start your visit with a welcome tea or coffee and a snack, then get oriented for the mud fun session. Keep your swimwear and a change of clothes handy, as you will be heading to the elephant area for a wet and muddy interaction.

What to expect

Bali Zoo

Explore Bali Zoo at your own pace around your scheduled elephant activities.

Features

Enjoy mud fun with elephants in a dedicated fun mud area, where you can interact closely with the animals and use the provided towel afterward to clean up.

Take part in an elephant feeding session, offering food directly to the elephants under staff supervision.

Refuel with an included lunch after your elephant activities, with your welcome tea or coffee and a snack already served earlier in the program.

Use your entry tickets to access Bali Zoo’s wider grounds, where you can watch animal encounters and shows as per the day’s schedule.

Cool off at Jungle Splash Waterplay if your chosen option includes it, giving children and adults a place to play in the water.

For eligible options, enjoy round-trip hotel transfers from areas such as Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Ubud, or Sanur, so you do not need to arrange your own transport.

If you select an option with breakfast with orangutans, start your day sharing a breakfast setting near the orangutan area before continuing to the mud fun and feeding.

Insurance is included if you book a variant that specifies it, adding an extra layer of security for your elephant mud fun and related activities.

Wrapping up

If you select a tickets-only option, you can keep exploring Bali Zoo, its animal encounters, shows, and Jungle Splash Waterplay after your mud fun and lunch until closing time. Choosing a transfer-inclusive option adds round-trip hotel transport, and selecting the breakfast with orangutans option lets you begin your visit with a special morning meal experience before the main elephant program.
