Easy to find. Our boat had some trouble at the start, so we had to switch to a different one. There’s not much room for luggage, and the crew didn’t offer any help. But it got us to our destination safely!

This was really easy to use. Bought tickets online and redeemed them at the port/station the night before so that we would have the QR code ticket ready. We got on at Rialto and it did fill up our boat but they have another ready to go that was only a couple minutes behind the one we were on. They paused at the other stops to let people know the next boat was on the way.

Very easy access from the airport to the docks. Also, extremely easy to board the waterbus. Im my opinion, the windows on the waterbus were a little too high and you had to stand to enjoy the gorgeous view.

We had to wait over an hour and a half because the Venetians had decided to go on strike the day we arrived. But other than that, it’s very convenient and lets you really soak up the Venetian atmosphere!

In case of fog or bad weather, service may switch to a car transfer to Piazzale Roma.

Service staff is available at Desk 71 (Marco Polo Airport, first floor).

After arrival at Marco Polo Airport, follow signage that leads to the dock/water-bus/vaporetto area. You will have to walk for 5–10 minutes from your terminal to the dock to board your boat.
