This excursion to the islands of Murano, Burano, and Torcello was simply wonderful. The entire boat crew was very friendly and attentive, and our tour guide in particular made the trip something special—warm, helpful, and very knowledgeable. One incident demonstrated just how reliable the team is: We accidentally left our cell phone on the boat. After a quick conversation with the staff in charge, we were able to get it back the very next day—handed to us by the same employee who had accompanied us as our tour guide. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for this great service!

It was a nice trip, but the timing needs to be adjusted. Burano Island is magnificent and deserves much more than just 45 minutes. As for Torcella, if you’re not planning to eat there, 45 minutes feels like an eternity... too long...

A tour of the islands with very little time—50 minutes per island, which was completely insufficient for a proper visit. The boat, moreover, was small and not very comfortable.
