Getting settled

Find Aspire Lounge 26 in the Schengen departures area of Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, following signs for it in Terminal 1. Carry your valid same-day boarding pass and your booking confirmation and valid photo ID. Present these at reception to be checked in by lounge staff.

What’s not allowed

Outside food and drinks: Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the lounge.

Alcohol for minors: Alcoholic drinks are not served to guests under 18 years old.

Unaccompanied children: Unaccompanied children and infants are not allowed to enter the lounge.

Dress code violations: Guests not adhering to the smart-casual dress code may be refused entry.

Additional information

Stay duration: Standard lounge access is for up to 3 hours before your scheduled departure.

Delay cover: You can stay longer if your flight is delayed and you have booked directly for delay cover.

Boarding pass requirement: All travellers must hold a valid same day boarding pass for a Schengen departure from T1 to access the lounge.

Children: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times inside the lounge.

Food availability: Some food items are only served at selected times of the day.

Flight updates: There are no tannoy announcements, so you must check the flight screens for boarding information.
