Tour guide was knowledgeable. However, had some issues with tickets which were not dealt with in a timely manner and then more issues for the London/Thames tours and boat tour.

The one-hour canal cruise was, overall, a very pleasant and relaxing experience. A particular highlight was the enclosed, heated boat, which made the trip very comfortable even in cooler temperatures. Throughout the tour, we had a great view of the city and were able to discover many landmarks from a whole new perspective. That really made the trip special. The captain narrated the entire tour in English, providing lots of interesting information and historical background on the various sites. Despite being in English, everything was easy to understand and very informative. All in all, a clear recommendation for anyone who wants to experience the city in a relaxed way from the water while learning about its history.
