FamilyVerified booking2 days ago4/5The admission process was fine, but it would have been helpful to let us know that we had to check our backpacks at the coat check before entering. We waited 20–30 minutes before entering, only to be denied entry because of our backpacks. I had to run to drop them off, and we caught up with the group just in the nick of time. We weren’t the only ones in this situation. Please add this to the admission procedure. Otherwise, the climb up to the Duomo is worth it, and so is the cathedral itself.
